Resilience in Humanitarian Aid Workers: Invitation to participate in a research study by London South Bank University

Are you a humanitarian aid worker about to be deployed on a national or international mission? If you would like to take part in a study on resilience (commonly defined as human ability to adapt positively to situations of exceptional adversity or trauma), London South Bank University is interested in hearing from you.The investigation will be focused on humanitarian aid workers’ issues pre and post-deployment on amission. Findings will be used to offer recommendations to humanitarian agencies on the issues of selection and resilience training.
